Green Hill Cleaning offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please inform us by email or phone and provide photos of any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of your cleaning visit to qualify.

This provides you with the opportunity to have us come back to fix the tasks. The fix-up visit time & date will be in accordance with our availability.

Do you need to do anything to prepare for our cleaning visit?

Accepted Answer

No! We want you to have us come clean without having to “clean for your cleaner!” If you feel you absolutely need to do something, it is helpful to have the space tidied up, beds made, and laundry/toys picked up. There is absolutely no obligation to have anything clean before we come.
